Re: What research shows that urine ph reflects blood ph

Thank you for your input. Well, I happened to come across some info on baking soda last night which changes my whole health equation. The reason I am trying to learn about alkalinity is because I want to take mega C. I thought I had to take ascorbic acid because, or so I thought, baking soda has too much salt in it and sodium ascorbate is made with baking soda.

But it seems there is no concern about high blood pressure in regard to sodium ascorbate or baking soda. I don't know lots about chemistry like you and I thought sodium was salt period. Apparently there are different kinds of salt though. So I am just going to mega dose on sodium ascorbate and not worry about it.

I appreciate your time, though. There's always something new to learn. One never knows when it might come in handy!
