I don't know what Al stands for but I did get a prescription from a doctor for hydrocortisone. (Interestingly, one can find it online from places like New Zealand, very pricey, but I got a Script.) I check my urine ph pretty much every time I go to the potty. I have found, after over a year, that things are just as they say about what is acidic and what is not. I have no clue why my saliva is green and my urine is yellow with vitamin C. It does make sense to me that the urine, which is kind of like filtered blood, would be a better test of acidity but I really don't know. Tweet
