To test if it's all in your head or not in my opinion anyway if people have stated to you numerous times that you smell directly or many time indirectly different people in different environments it might be true. Otherwise you could have anxiety, somatic delusion or olfactory reference syndrome and you can get help for this if this is the case notsaying it is.
