Yes only albendazole really can treat systemic infections with some efficiency when it comes to roundworms. But so far I only want to believe that you have an intestinal infection and not systemic. Also to get albendazole is not easy via docs. Yes if you see a parasitologist he should know. Normal docs have no clue LOL! There is a problem with the white blood cell count esp when it comes down to eosinophils... What I mean by that? Some docs/medical staff will see elevated eosinophils as normal occurrence but it's not. Eosinophils should be around 2.5 to 7% in the blood in a normal healthy person. Eosinophils can be elevated from 15 to 30 when the body is fighting something but here is the kicker... Some uneducated docs/medical staff will claim that it's normal while it's total BS. It's a full blown infection. I have over 30 in my blood (eosinophils)... That's very high and not normal. Yet my doc only will panic if I have over 70... Mind you that's when you die... LOL! You see what I mean here? You have to educate yourself better. Also many parasitologists will raise the alarm at 30. Normal docs won't as they have no idea what it means and what are they dealing with. So unless you know your eosinophils number for sure... Don't rely on medical docs and staff to see it as abnormal. You need expert help/parasitologists here. So you are looking for eosinophils in the range of 15 to 30 and beyond that (when it comes to roundworm infection)... I took this number from the parasitology literature. Yes the diet and exercise will help your body to reduce inflammation and toxic waste from parasites and even boost your white blood cells, however, the issue with parasites is that it don't matter if you have the best immune system in the world (unless you are some generic freak) and a healthy lifestyle. They found advanced ways to fool our immune system and avoid/hide from it. Otherwise our immune system would wipe them out simple as that. So we really need to show our immune system how to ID them better and don't get fooled by them. I hope in the future we can develop drugs where they will attack parasite inhibitors so our immune system can ID them better and wipe them out. For now we not that advanced yet in this specific field regarding biochemistry.
