You can have some blood in a bowel movement because sometimes parasite damage your tissues mechanically so the body respond to fix this but it takes some time (but it can be also caused by other things not only parasites). Your symptoms are very general so it's hard to say. I can see that you are stressed out by this... But plz don't think about this 24/7... The more stressed you are the more the body will suffer... Not good at all... If you can't do anything about this issue now... Just live... Because stress won't solve anything... *I can't see your picture. You should seek a medical care but you don't need to go to ER. You would know when you need to go to ER trust me you would ask here... You would just go... So calm down... :)
