I am getting all possible micronutrients on this lifestyle. Vitamin B12, D and
Iodine is obviously not possible.
I m supplementing b12 and D since the beginning but nobody ever mentiond IOdine. I wish someone would have :( Now i m smarter.
I believe its possible to get all nutrients on a vegan lifestyle but thats another story.

he is a good example that it can work.
I upped my dosage today. Now i m taking 3 x 12,5 mg iodoral and its co-factors. I m gonna see how it goes and probably end up taking 4 x 12,5 mg in 2 weeks or so.
Is it actually wiser to split the dosage into several? I mean like taking 2 in the morning and 1 for lunch and later on 2 for lunch. Or doesnt that matter at all?
All i ve heard is when u r taking iodoral too late, it might keep you from sleeping in the night.
Oh about the bra. Yes i do wear a bra while running. Its one withough wire though (i dont htink its called wire but i guess u know what i mean). Its just a tight one.
But i ve read on Don Bennetts page about sports and as it seems i m probably end up doing slow but intense workouts. No cardio. And that will only be 1 x per week.
First i ll have a rest. Coz i dont wanna go through this again next month. Last night was really a nightbare. I woke up 2 times and had to scratch my legs so bad :(
I hope now, doing no sport for a while and upping the dosage i come back to where i ve been in December and that i ll be without PMS and itching in February.
