I am pretty sure that i freaked up my results by doing too much sports since end of december.
I believe i m feeling more tired (mainly about 2 in the afternoon) ..if i dont take a nap (1-2 hours) i m not bearable.
I feel like i m having relapse now coz i did too much running. Two of my main symptomes (itchy lower legs and PMS symptomes) are back this month. THough they have been gone last month. (only doing iodoral since November 2013).
What kind of sports are you guys doing? What is good for thyroid? Or shouldnt i do anything at all untill my thyroid is "fixed" ?
How does sport affect you? (in good or bad ways).
And another question. Do u lots measure ur basal body temperature? if so : how high is it ???
