100 years have gone by since that ending quote your give and much --much!-- was learned. I see no point continuing in the same vein. Our knowledge base is vastly different. I confess that I do not hold Natural Hygienists in the same high regard as you. I rely on Science and direct experience, my own and people who share their fasts on forums.
