Anyone who disagrees with you is a troll? That doesn't help your arguments.

I think recommending just eating raw meat and animal guts and pooping only every 5 days is sillyness as most people with common sense would.

You're diet is not sustainable. You won't be able to last very long on it. Eat more like a Bonobo.
