I'm glad you found something that worked for you too, but humans have no innate desire to eat raw flesh and guts like carnivore animals do. If we did, we'd all be snatching up roadkill. In mean put a bowl of fruit and a bowl of raw meat guts in front of an infant and see which one they choose.
A mostly plant-based high-carb/low-fat diet has healed most of my health problems and I think it's what humans are meant to eat. Our closet relatives in the wild, the Bonobo chimpanzees, eat mostly plant-based high-carb/low-fat too with fruit making up the bulk of their calories.
Those that run into problems on a plant-based diet are the one's who under-ate and ate too much fat.
