It is obvious that you know very little about the paleo diet.

First point: everything must be raw. If you are not eating raw then you are not eating a paleo diet. Eating a fair amount of raw animal fats, not only will you not be constipated you will be able to detoxify properly without colonics, enemas, flushes, kidney cleanses, parasite cleanses. This diet is more powerful than any of those.

Some people for whatever reason can do ok eating their fats cooked, but this is not healthy.

Second point: protein must be raw. Most people are eating cooked meats. Now look at Japanese people who are eating raw fish. They age beautifully with great energy and skin tone.

Look at people who are eating raw dairy products like all the weston price followers. They are curing a lot of diseases and curezone is littered with these people. If you choose to ignore the evidence then it is willful ignorance.

I have a feeling people who claim to be eating paleo maybe scarfed down a few hamburgers too many and then claimed the whole diet didn't work.

Add to this plenty of raw vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruits, and it is well-balanced with no nutrients missing like many other diets.

Nothing will detoxify you faster and more thoroughly than raw paleo.

I think you meant to say people should not follow the cooked paleo diet.

Go actually try the raw version and then post.
