As for constipation, enough fat helps, but I point out that tests show that 98% of raw fat meat is absorbed and assimilated, leaving a tiny pellet to be shat.
Your body is not going to waste time on this, so will crap every 5 days or so. This is not constipation; it is the way human bodies are designed to work.
