You are right, the people that I am talking about are all people that were eating a cooked paleo diet. I have never talked to anyone or read many posts of people who ate a raw paleo diet, maybe it would have different effects I don't know. I wish the proponents of a paleo diet would advocate only eating raw animal flesh because I guarantee that almost no one will follow this diet and hence less people will be harmed. I agree that raw dairy is an extremely beneficial product and use it myself in good quantities with great effects; however the mainstream paleo people say you should never use any dairy so obviously what you are doing is much different from what the mainstream paleo people are following that is doing a lot of harm. So yes you are right, I am saying not to follow a cooked paleo diet and this is the diet that many nutritional 'experts' are starting to recommend and I believe it to be extremely harmful. I cannot say anything regarding a raw paleo diet, as it is not being advocated in the mainstream as a healthy Diet and I have never met anyone who eats this way.
