The same applies to you. How do you know that "MORE toxins" are created during an exercise?
Here I can only agree that 60 days on water is really pushing it. I find it hard to believe and am not aware of cases of Water Fasts this long without supplementation with minerals and B vitamins.
nataldav2, would you mind sharing your experience? How was it, what was your initial weight? What is it now and did you really lie in bed for 2 months? That should cause a substantial muscle and bone loss, merely due to inactivity, greatly augmented by fasting.
