BeeBee I have given ARL two years, I know the program does work because a had a crazy amount of healing 8 weeks into the program, then i used a air purifier while in the four low and during healing which ripped me to bits, destroyed the healing and put me in the stage i am now.
After seeing your post and others I am now feeling that doing a change would be a better approach for me. Thanks
p.s. added a couple of drops of p5p yesterday and more magnesium (not in paramin) and feeling a little different...not a miracle but better not worse.
