I have had the test, I am one of those people who cannot active p5p, but stupidly i have been following the NB program to the letter without adding anything else in.

But thinking about your letter I have just realised that the last time I was well I was taking the P5P.
How are you taking the P5P? what dose? and do you add this to the Limcomin as well.
