Re: Help needed in

Hi Andy

Do a google search on b6, a lot of people have trouble converting it into the active form in their bodies, some studies say 30-40% of the population cannot do this conversion.

I am in a low 4 lows pattern and have just discovered this is my problem. Without b6 your body cannot get calcium or magnesium into the cells. It also cannot use the vitamin A in the limcomin either.

To do the conversion you need zinc, magnesium, b2 and a working liver. I don't think many of us in 4 lows have all those things lined up. Also it could just be a toxic metal problem stopping the enzyme from working properly.

B6 deficiency will make you hyper sensitive because without it your liver enzymes do not work, neither do the kidneys so detox is not going to happen much at all.

No practitioner will tell you this is the problem, when my husband spoke to ours about this recently he had no idea what he was talking about, didn't even know what the active form of b6 was (p5p by the way).

Best of luck.
