I don´t know NeedSleep if I were you I would be on Panthetine, Vitamin C, a B complex, Magnesium and Calcium. These things are consistently succesful for any degree of adrenal fatigue (you are half there with high cortisol at one point of the day). I overlooked them for a long time and will start very soon with them. I am optimistic about this protocol, Science is on our part. Vitamin C for instance if the most important and abundant nutrient in both adrenal medulla and cortex.
