hey Random, my guess would be you have severe gut dysbiosis - leaky gut, candida, SIBO - from the
Antibiotics . These are made worse by mercury toxicity, plus contribute to mer tox because the mercury chelating bacteria are killed off from the gut. All this causes adrenal fatigue, insomnia, OCD, rashes,
Sugar cravings, gas, stomach pains, depression, acne, infections,
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome - all the symptoms you've mentioned. The good news is, all of these are completely reversible given enough time.
my suggestions would be to start the GAPS diet (gapsdiet.com) right away. 1 to 3 years of this will help rebalance you. (stick to mostly veggies/meat/fats and not fruit/honey - since fruit/honey feed candida). You are still young and should heal quicker than others. kefir, kombucha, fermented foods are important. probably start with kefir first, then add kombucha if you can tolerate it, and other fermented foods too - you can buy kefir grains from Amazon and make your own very cheaply. Kombucha you can get from Mom's Organic market, whole foods, Dave's Natural Market (get GT Dave's raw) - and you can make a scoby from the kombucha and grow your own, or buy a scoby on amazon. Mom's also sells real fermented sauerkraut. You can make own fermented veggies too - although I would test them all first. I didn't tolerate kombucha or fermented veggies for a while. kefir I did, but first had to get through the initial reaction. all the recipes are online. all this is like 99% cheaper (and MUCH more powerful) than buying store bought probiotics. you can also add in natural antifungals like coconut oil. but don't focus on just the candida, as I did (or any one aliment). the whole body has to rebalance before each of these will go away. and this includes getting the mercury out. So in addition to GAPS, you could begin chelation for mercury. follow the Cutler program - I just started my chelation after over 1 year of GAPS/candida diet. I wish I had done them all in conjunction. Or at least started chelation sooner. You might give your body some time on just GAPS, in order to detoxify some, and then start chelation later in the process.
For treating parasites, I like Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth (amazon). It also helps the skin hair and nails. The GAPS diet author also recommends S Boulardii, which is a probiotic that is worth buying. Although you get SB from raw Kombucha as well. You can buy S Boulardii from David's Natural Market or online from sites like iherb.com.
for me, I would get
Acne from many foods. I've been able to clear my skin 100%, even without fully eliminating mercury, candida. I def had SIBO, probably parasites. I started all this to clear my skin. Going gluten/milk/peanut/soy free, made a huge difference, but it still wasn't perfect.. so then I found other foods that bothered me. and then I started eating so few things, that I eventually became allergic to those - and then I learned about candida, and that was over 2 years ago.
don't buy too many supps - spend your money on good quality food - avocadoes, grass fed beef, lamb, good eggs. Also you might want to do an
Elimination Diet with GAPS foods. although as you reduce your candida, any allergies should start to go away as the gut wall begins to seal. you don't have to buy the GAPS book - the FAQ on her site is good and that with the food list should be sufficient - the book is more for autistic children (they have mega-dysbiosis and mercury). you can probably also get by w/o Cutler's book. If you get major die-off you can buy molybdenum amino acid chelate and take 150mg to 250mg 1 or 2x per day (no more than 750mg/day) and that will help with candida toxins. Ornithine will help with
parasite die-off.
