Re: Lyme or Mercury/Heavy Metal Toxicity?
I agree nearly 100% with Tena Cious. However, for some people with chronic fatigue HC /cortef is really helpful.
Do you understand why your doc suggested progesterone? This seems quite reasonable; however mercury-Hg toxic folks won't convert it down towards cortisol and aldosterone as well as normal people.
I'd start with adrenal *cortex* extract, plenty of vitamin C and B5. Once that is on board, try a little of the progesterone cream.
With that symptom list there is virtually no chance that Hg is not involved. It is such a classic symptom list.
Look into methylation support--B12, folate, etc; however, be careful. Some people don't tolerate more than tiny amounts. It seems safer to take small amounts several times per day.
Don't skimp on magnesium--several times per day. I don't have the time to explain why the body needs these for your symptoms, especially when Hg is involved.
You could get a hair test like 800+ people did. Notice the symptoms lists.

Check out hair test #498, from a woman in her 20's with some of your symptoms. She has been grateful for her couple of year of Cutler detox. She'd be happy to chat with you in Frequent Dose Chelation group. If she does not respond to you, let me know, I'll get her to contact you.
The mood symptoms sound so much like Aspergers. I was like that. It is common in the heavy metal groups. People become more introverted. This teen expresses it rather well. After 2+ yrs of Cutler detox, he is taking college classes. He still has a ways to go to be back to normal health.

This is a good example of how you could improve.
