Just wanted to say hang in there, remember how far you have come. I will be 2 years post this coming february and still have mood changes through the month....it is frustrating but no where near as bad as it was during the first year (I have faith that the improvement will continue). I do believe it does take us time to recover. Our bodies have been through so much and it seems logical that it will take time to get things back in equilibrium. I have suspicions that it is something to do with the way our bodies recognise & use the hormones and this takes time to resensitize (ie you may have a lot of hormones but if the receptors arnt working properly it cant have the benefit of them). Im sorry I cant offer any more advice I know your frustration and desperation. Maybe you are right and your body needs a break from trying different things? maybe just stick to a great diet, basic fish oil, magnesium, B vit etc, some exercise and relaxation, great probiotic, & give it a month or 2?
