Hi Stephanie, I have big ups and downs. I am a lot better in some ways than I was before. I pretty much don't get panic attacks anymore, sometimes I almost feel overwhelmed by anxiety but it is short lived and I can control it. My periods are completely regular, almost pain-free and I don't bloat up as part of my PMS, in fact I don't have PMS at all! I have symptoms the rest of the time - weird!
I am glad you have some improvements, I agree that time is a healer, but out of no-where I seem to end up in these pits of Depression and that really isn't my personality - I therefore find this the most debilitating. Keep you chin up as much as you can :)
