Re: I am very lost with how to proceed
Your D3 looks to be just above what some sources consider to be optimum of 78 which is probably not bad.
D should definitely be balance with Calcium, K2, Magnesium, and Zinc.
>- How do I optimize my DHEA? By taking it?
First, get a baseline reading before taking it. This way you can compare the amount that you take in relation to the change that it produces. After taking the amount suggested for about a month, your will want to retest to see how much change has occurred and re-adjust the dosage. Your health pro can help?

Not normally since it is a hormone that the body is supposed to be producing. However, in vitro studies indicate that it increases the growth rate of some cancers such as some breast cancers, ovarian, uterine, prostate, and testicular cancer ( but so does testosterone ). For this reason, you might not want to take DHEA if you have one of these cancers.
However, DHEA is also an immune booster and most people with cancer tend to have lower DHEA, it might actually be an advantage to take DHEA to fight cancer. I do not find any studies done on this, but Animal studies have shown that DHEA is very effective in preventing breast cancer, From

.
I take 50 to 100 mg daily, depending. I also take Melatonin which may be the most important immunity hormone that the body makes. D-3, DHEA, and Melatonin are all critical.
Something that I noticed is the Triglycerides.
Everyone should be aware, do not eat or drink anything except water for 12 hours before having your blood test, especially if you are having glucose or triglycerides tested ( unless the instruct you to ). Health professionals often do not care or forget to mention it.
All of the above is not medical advise but is just my opinion.
