I think the only place u can find the right ratio is within nature.
Finding a food that has Iodine and selenium in it and at what ratio.
Otherwise, a person could get their selenium levels tested and gina is right that it helps to protect against hashi's and graves.
They were giving gram doses of Iodide for many decades without selenium with good results.
