Not sure you will find such a thing. Many of us have joked about how taking Iodine causes cancers that take decades to 'suddenly' appear.

So if Iodine makes things function better that leads to your immunes system seeing something that has been there for a long time but ignored, how can one find a ratio of needed Se.

In the case of cancer SeM isn't as good as SeMC and there are 15 more stops on the Selenium chain to SAMe..
