Question on Iodine vs Selenium Ratio

Recent discussions have emphasized why it is so important to take the right amount of selenium with iodine. Too little or too much selenium with a specified amount of Iodine is bad news for the thyroid, and can result in thyroid damage.

I think we need a chart or table to guide us on how many micrograms of selenium we need to take per milligram of iodine.

Does anyone have such a chart or table? Where can we get this information?

Should the same 200 mcg of selenium be taken for 6mg of Iodine AND for 50mg of iodine? Does it really matter? I think it is important to clear up this question.
