Re: Magnesium Citrate Intolerance

I was concerned to hear that you retain the Epsom Salts and ultimately vomit both the Epsom Salts and the Olive oil. This is called gastro paresis and it may indicate an underlying condition that for some reason your stomach retains its contents for much longer than normal.

This type of condition is often associated with abdominal pain. About 90% of people with gastro paresis suffer with abdominal pain. The pain is induced by eating, occurs at night and interfered with sleep. People also suffer fullness, bloating and nausea.

The condition results in low levels of electrolytes and this is made worse by liver-flushing as the people will take considerably longer to recover. So, although Liver Flushes made be achievable initially they may get harder to complete. However, because gastro paresis isn't related to liver or gallbladder problem the need to Liver Flush should be re-evaluated.
