Magnesium Citrate Intolerance

Greetings All!

I have done about 30 Liver Flushes following Andreas Moritz 's instructions. After the first couple of flushes, I couldn't tolerate the Epsom Salts and substituted magnesium citrate in the same dosages and everything was fine. The last couple of Liver Flushes I've done have seen me throw up not only some of the olive oil and grapefruit juice mixture, but also the magnesium citrate.

I didn't get any stones out of these most recent flushes. The one I just completed this weekend has changed my taste buds, making them more sensitive so I know I am benefiting.

My concern is that I have Gallstones and an enlarged liver in spite of eating a mostly vegetarian diet, never smoking and not much alcohol. I have been told by several doctors that my gallbladder would need to come out if I continue to have more gallbladder attacks and I would like to avoid surgery.

Does anyone know why I am throwing up the magnesium citrate?
Can I substitute something else?
Why has this sensitivity just developed after being fine for so long?
Any ideas?
I'd like to continue my flushes.

Thanks so much!
