hi, did iodoquinol 3 times one a double course,metro once,paromomycin by body weight for 14 days alone, also alinia 2 grams daily for 28 days and this had some effect for only 5 days, also tried the 2 Australian courses cdd ,first being secnidazole plus doxy for 10 days and second being secnidazole+furazolidone+alinia for 10 days and all no effect. I have never taken tinidazole and then the paramo like you suggested which is the invasive e histolytica treatment will take into consideration of course, I still have pinworms the garbage stuff I got otc at drug store DOES NOT WORK.[PYRANTOL POMOATE BY BODY WEIGHT} WHY IS THIS CRAP STILL BEING SOLD. also these dosages the drs have to give because of buracratic health guidelines especially for worms aren't working in my opinion. YOU AND ICU seems to be on the ball with the worm meds. STANDARD THREE DAY TREATMENT WONT WORK. You are 100 percent on the microsporidia that is opportunistic, I do have a run down immune system and there moving in because they can.
