hi. I have been diagnosed with a dientamoeba fragilis infection,which was carried by the pin worm ,these are in me as well unfortunately. I have also been diagnosed by a reputable lab with microsporidia. pin worms eggs carry the d fragilis protozoa and this is one way people get this infection since they have no cyst and don't live long in the environment.
