Re: Day 15 : ate a mango and an avocado
I don't want to come across as in the wrong way. But fasting is a serious business - whether its a Water Fast or an OJ fast. You have to be very careful especially days 16 - 21 are the hardest. At least it was for me.
MH said you would have to stop the fast before your liver flush on day 10.
Did you stop?
To me, that meant you had to include some semi-solid foods for your body to bear the harshness of a Liver-Flush during a fast. I would think that would be a slow three-day process before resuming the fast. I wasn't really clear on it.
It seems you just jumped in. Now you are weak and dizzy. Naturally, you will need more rest to ease the stress of your heart and other organs. If you are not eating 20 almonds a day, going to work will be quite taxing and stressful.
There are better ways to cleanse the liver while on the fast. You could:
a) take the liquid dewormer
b) or take the P/W/E formula.
However, without taking enough LBB it is rather difficult to move parasites out of the body without experiencing the dreaded Herxheimer Reaction. This a reaction to endotoxins released by the death of harmful organisms within the body.
To me, it seems these parasites fight real hard to prevent themselves from leaving the body. A natural instinct to any living organism. Obviously, they want to live and a good place to live. The LBB at the right dosage is exceptional for avoiding any of this type of stress and tension in the body while cleansing.
At least you got to day fifteen. Your will-power has naturally increased beyond the average person. Your body is now conditioned to go this far in the future with much greater success than before.
best wishes,
