i had to add more juice to finish my 21 day juice fast...i did 5 days of hard fasting with 1 qt of oj...by day 21...i was drinking juice from 20-25 oranges!..plus some carrot juice...so do what you must do..but id add more juice first...to give your GI track time to rest and expel solid waste!

I was not trying to lose weight...i was perfect to less than perfect weight starting the fast...i did it for cleansing reasons

listen to your body...when my sodium/potassium ratio is off..i can tell it strains my adrenals

i get light headed standing up fast, energy is volatile etc.

i dont like much salt in my diet..but if i dont add a tiny amount of sea salt with my cooked meals when i have them (4-5) times per week in the evening only..i dont feel so good...i eat lots of bananas and juice 10-12 oranges each day...i went salt free for 5-6 weeks and i wasnt feeling so hot..i wanted to break the salt habit or at least cut down to a very small amount...and my body seems to feel better with that small does of sea salt..also plant fats are critical..but you dont have to go to avocado...they are great but heavy in fats and oils which require more energy to digest...leafy greens/fruit juice have fatty acids in their juice..but do what you feel is right...we are all different

id check your sodium/potassium levels
