Re: My Parasite Cleanse Journey..need some serious guidance!
Hi,
I just stick with the regular saline enemas and do them at night as I simply do not have time in the morning to deal with doing all that. I need to be at home and near the toilet, etc. They are just regular "Fleet" enemas. I'm just not that advanced on other types of enemas. I would like to try the
coffee enemas when things get moving a little better with me but for now I think I'll just stick with the Fleet ones.
I have had
colonics before and will start them again this week though. Those are pretty effective but can be expensive.
IDK all this enema/colonic stuff with the tubes and bottles and weird equipment makes me feel like an alien abductee or like I'm in a Stephen King movie or something. Oh well. I'll do it for now.
I also did
The Master Cleanse but I just could not deal with it. I'm also just not a fan of salt water flushes. For several years I did a purely liquid diet every Sunday (just veggie juices) and it was amazing. Prolonged fasting is not my thing. I will also never be able to look at maple syrup in the eye again:(
Someone mentioned to me "
Oxypowder " in a post and it actually looks pretty good. Maybe you want to check into it too?
Whether you really need to be doing all this extra bowel cleansing is based on how your bowel movements are right now. My case is bad because I am generally constipated and have way too much intestinal gas. This is why I worry about doing a
parasite cleanse when things are just not moving much.
Glad the stye hasn't twitched. That is extremely annoying. This happened to me when I was doing the cleanse last week and it stopped when I had to temporary stop the cleanse. I started back on it today so we will see (I really hope it doesn't come back).
Holding a warm rag on your eye can help the stye. It will go away soon on it's own anyway. Just keep everything clean.
I still have the
Acne but it is slowly getting better.
All Best,
Shada
