What kind of enemas did you do? Would you mind giving me directions on how you did them and when exactly? I don't want to do the enema after I've taken my Hulda Clark herbs because I don't want them to be expelled and become ineffective. Maybe morning time would be best?

I did salt water flushes when I did the Master Cleanse. I know people who have thrown up from them, and experienced severe nausea, but I suppose I was lucky. I'm open to doing them again. Do you think it would help?

And, yes! I have been twitching EVERYWHERE. Although the stye hasn't twitched. When did your Acne and stye go away during the cleanse?
