Not the way that we set it up. The electricity must travel through the water and is directly proportional to the DC resistance of the water.

Not true. Only some zappers run at 30000 Hz.
The test that we have done is in the 2500 Hz range.
What this test shows is definitively that DC does not produce as good of results as PEF ( Pulsed Electric Field ) does.

That is not all that is important because the BBBE does not reach the Lymph, interstitial fluids, or internal organs which is where the best zappers can produce results.
