Trust, you must sidetrack all that stands in your way.
You are up against a culture the same that I am up against.

This culture are imprisoned in their own greed, they have not the courage to leave it for they get their livelihood from it.

We must not allow them to dictate their terms and find ways to heal ourselves. It will take time but first of all you must find out what the problem is and when that has been established in your mind we can move on.

My elixir for Hypertension is Cucumber.

My treatment for blood Sugar stabilisation is Low Glycaemic Foods found on a website called "Glycaemic Index"

I used a Blood Pressure Monitor to find "Cucumber" and a blood test that I have to attend to check my blood.

Now it's up to you Trust to make changes, remember I am with you my friend, I'm not the devil:)
