I even contacted your clinic in London but they don't hand out personal information. So YES I tried to help you in the past but I ended up talking to myself.

I was alive during the second world war, eating off the bloody streets my friend. Air battles were going on over our heads because I lived in ESSEX East of London and I still do because our people here will not lay down and die for scum.
Stand up and get on with your life and stop worrying about the pigs that walk this planet.
I don't feel comfortable in myself about anything because I know I could be in crap the next day. I truly feel for you Trust but you must put crap you think aside and get on with your life.
You have simply gone inside yourself by self infliction of negativity, it happens to us all some time in our lives but learn to switch it off because it's total crap.
