Not sure how my post has generated a religious stance since that was not my purpose...
I'm currently on day 7 of my Water Fast after successfully completing a 5 day dry fast. So far, so good. No feelings of hunger and no wish to cave in to any desire for food.I have noticed that I feel better if I undertake some form of activity, no matter how small/light. When I'm completely inactive this has an adverse effect on me : i feel extremely lethargic and weak.
I intend to continue for at least another 10 days if possible. Let's see what happens !
