Do you mean how did i break it or how do i recommend it be broken? : ) What i would recommend as ideal is a day or more of water only, then a day or more of juice, then two days or more of mostly raw fruits and vegetables with some cooked veg soup if you wanted, after which you would be ready for anything else, preferably healthy and organic where possible.
So that's what i recommend, but the way i broke it was at the Home Town buffet. Haha, just kidding.
My benefits were primarily spiritual and tangibly so, but this was my focus. Deepened love for the Living God, deepened awareness of His beautiful presence, deepened fruits and giftings. Physically i know i was cleansing and healing, eliminating poisons, restoring ideal conditions, etc.
I haven't been doing weighing over the past few years, but from doing this in the past, for me, i believe a 5 day dry fast would shed about 10-12
pounds initially, about 7-9 of which is temporary loss, primarily water weight. The fat burning should be about 3 pounds.
