Re: Day 1 of dry fast and aiming for 5 days

Great job on reaching 5 days and 2 hours, that's exactly how long my longest dry fast was. "Sorry , I can't eat with you as I'm on a water fast" works perfectly for me : ). It's your life and you get to decide what you want to do with it. My feeling is that if others don't embrace what we have chosen to do for ourselves (which many won't because this society has trained them not to), that's too bad : ). They really will get over it, but if we let others determine how we live our lives, we may never do the things we desire, including the long fast that is in our heart to do. Blessings. If EFT had the words of eternal life, that's what i would choose, but since it doesn't, i choose my Lord Jesus who heals, delivers and gives eternal life : ). Nothing else can possibly fulfill me deep within my spirit. Blessings : ).
