Re: Bible Origins
"John 3:3
New King James Version (NKJV)
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is
born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
This Gospel of John was written a lot longer than 100 years ago so you are wrong
again.
Give up. Your too far off to convince me."
That's an interpretation from the Greek. Where is the Aramaic that
Jesus used to speak it? Where are those texts.
I'm not out to convince you only to point out the absurdity of the
"literalists."
If you read beyond John 3:3 you will see that Jesus was talking about being
born of the spirit. You and everyone else on the Planet is an eternal
spirit. That's what Jesus was talking about. Your spirit is not your
mind, it is that bright spark of light, the divine that resides in each of
us. You don't learn about yourself as spirit by reading a book - any
book. You learn about yourself as spirit by turning within and discovering
yourself as spirit and following the spiritual pat all of us came here to learn
about.
You're ignoring the main issue on this thread. Where's the original New
Testament texts? You know, those in Aramaic. Why are you ignoring
them?
