Re: Genetic causes of anxiety and/or depression?

Agreed, toxic congestion is one of the biggest causes of ailments. Cleansing, fasting, detoxing using nature's finest ingredients is a superior route to general medical care and attention.

I went through this route many years ago and symptoms at the time were not as exacerbated as they are now, despite regular cleanses, fasts, colonics and of course diet, toxic-less exposure to perfumes etc.

When one protocol doesn't eliminate symptoms we have to look at other causations. As i have listed in the previous post, and am finding relief at last after so many years.

'Stressors' that bring down superior health can be categorized into roughly 14 groups. Emotional/psychological (everyday stress), environmental, dietary, genetic, viral, hormonal, parasitic, bacterial etc etc...

We all have predominantly one at work bring us 'down'..and possibly a few others too working alongside! It's pin-pointing the specific 'group/s' that is the hardest job.

Whether one choose to go Big Pharma route or alternative therapies in locating the source and treating it..it's still going to cost $$$$, unfortunately.

However i agree very much there are oodles of MD's as well as 'naturopaths' out there that are willing to rob you dry and leave you doped up on meds, herbs and supplements you likely don't need!
