in the magic land of instant gratification and ipods and perpetual youth, hard work over a long period of time may seem outlandish, but that's actually how the world works. one day you will come to realize this.

the magic fantasy land where doctors give you a pill and and you're healed hasn't quite worked out for the 10,000 or so people on curezone.

snipe away, i'm sleeping well, my energy is good, i can run, adrenals are solid. yeah i'm not 100%, might never be, but i can live my life.

at least 4 of those years were spent doing things you are doing, making the wrong moves. when i learned about heavy metal detox things moved a lot faster for me.

my message stays for people to be wary of newbs for advice.
