I have done plain water enemas but only because of a parasite infection, not to detox heavy metals. Even though I'm sure they helped do that too. But my practitioner doesn't really push them.
Do you know if you are a slow oxidizer, or a fast oxidizer? If slow heavy metals will often take much longer to show up on the test. The body just doesn't have the energy or the speed to eliminate them so they remain stored, often in organs. Once the oxidation rate speeds up they will show up more. This happened to me. My aluminum was the highest it's been on my last test and it showed my oxidation rate speeding up just slightly.
I agree with Onwards that it's unfortunate ARL doesn't recognize copper deficiency very much. It has a big impact on infections in the body.
