ARL and detox
Hi,
One more question :)
So what happens in ARL if you don't have any minerals that don't need to be detoxed?
No high Calcium, no high Copper, etc... Is it possible to focus only on balancing the ratios without going into detox issues? Are the enemas a must? One day Soon, you don't use ARL supplements, but do you do the recommended enemas etc...?
I got a consultation with a popular ARL specialist once but never followed up as I was allergic to the main supplement - Limcomin. (At that time, they used fish for the vitamin A. Looks like they have changed that now). Any way, my copper was 1.0, but I swear the naturopath spent like half the consultation talking about how I need to get rid of the hidden high copper. Not a word about needing to increase magnesium, which so far has helped me tremendously.
So what's up with the detox and ARL?
I'm just trying to understand the difference between the two programmes.
Thanks
Ricky
