Re: ARL and detox

Hi Ricky- Both Tei and ARL programs will detox metals and other toxins. Everyone has some toxic load to get rid of. As soon as you start taking good minerals they will start to push out the metals that are not needed.

I was on ARL for a year and my copper stayed around .9 - 1 for all four tests. I had a very high zinc/copper ratio. ARL doesn't recognize copper deficiency very much. My husband and son are also deficient. My copper hasn't increased yet but my zinc has gone down from 19 to 17 and I am supplementing with copper. We are getting a retest in a few weeks so time will tell. It is not unusual with those who have infections to be copper deficient.

I don't think the enemas are absolutely necessary. I never did the coffee enemas but did many plain water enemas when the detox was heavy.
