I think that burning all over is usually related to nerves being irritated or maybe damaged in some way. When my GI track was super inflamed I started having to have b12 injections bc I wasn't absorbing it. I know that low b12 is a common cause of nerve issues.

I wonder if drinking aloe might help with the irritated digestive track, while you are detoxing. Beware though, if you try it and you get muscle cramps from it, it's because a side effect can be potassium loss, just FYI.

If you have a lymph issue, try dry skin brushing...
