Re: Is L-Ornithine bad? Can't sleep... What else to try?

I worry I may have advanced undiagnosed myeloma, (joint pains, cysts, alot of other relative symptoms) and apparently melatonin feeds the disease process. I used melatonin many times before too but if its killing me faster, I can't do it. I really need a diagnosis. I also have parasite symptoms and intestinal gurgling/constipation/diarea/aches. It is also part of what really keeps me from sleeping.

I heard l-ornithine will force eggs to hatch, which can be a bad thing. I think you need l-arganine also to mop up the effects of l-ornithine the next morning. I intend to get some so the l-ornithine is out. My joint pains are better today but it still takes me about 24 hours to finally sleep. (today I only got about 4 hours after being up 24. Yesterday I got 8.)

I wish so much I could use melatonin
