Re: Is L-Ornithine bad? Can't sleep... What else to try?

Have not tried l-orn but for my autistic child who would never sleep, what completely worked for us was to give him a magnesium tablet, a gaba cap, and melatonin. We did this nightly for one week then tapered off each. Was a miracle for sleeping. Reset his sleep/brain patterns. If something flares up in his body for whatever reason, we go back to that regimen and always works. Good luck.
