I see! Pretty much what I live on too. Its the easiest thing to tolerate with terrible digestion. So many people keep suggesting 'good fats bone broths and protein' which are the things that literally rip my insides apart. Although they help a leaky gut & bowel lining, its more about the liver for me, and my liver can absolutely not break those things down and they just cause tremendous systemic problems.
My bugs do flare up though when I eat a lot of fruit and honey say. But there's just nothing else I can do, so I do it.
How do you get any protein on that diet? If so what type? I take pure predigested amino acid formulas, which are good. Cant go without any at all that's for sure.
